Our Pricing The Pricing Model
These lights are meant to be permanent. No more installing seasonal lights or wasting money on DIY projects. This is an investment in improving your home. If you're looking for a cheap solution, we're probably not the best fit.
Our price is calculated based on the linear footage of your roofline.

Pricing starts at a $1,500 floor for projects up to 50 linear feet. Final per-foot rate depends on the factors above. Projects over 650 feet require an on-site assessment.
Cash
Pay 50% down to reserve your install, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. No interest, no credit check, just the most straightforward way to get your project done.
Synchrony Financing
Financing through our partner, Synchrony, with 6, 12, 18, or 24-month promotional periods. No interest if paid in full within the selected promotional period. Subject to credit approval.
Financing disclosure
Deferred interest accrues from the purchase date and will be charged if the promotional balance is not paid in full by the end of that period. Subject to credit approval. Account terms and the applicable interest rate are provided by Synchrony before you accept financing.

The 14-business-day payout period starts when the second of these two conditions is satisfied: completed installation and full invoice payment. Full payment means the project invoice with Chipr is settled, not the homeowner finishing a separate lender repayment schedule.
Each referral must satisfy the eligibility requirements. Only the first submission counts.
Qualifies
- Referred person is a new Chipr Lux customer
- Submitted through our official referral form
- The referred customer’s installation is complete and their invoice has been paid in full.
- Commercial properties qualify for the same $200 reward, subject to both completed installation and full invoice payment, plus the other referral eligibility requirements.
Does not qualify
- An address already in our system or with an assessment already in progress
